I know, I know… you’ve barely mastered Facebook, the concept of ‘RSS’ still escapes you, and here I am talking about podcasts.

Simply put, podcasts are audio files that can be downloaded to your computer and listened to on your iPod/mp3 player. Although podcasts may contain music tracks, they usually consist of persons talking about a given subject (learning French, meditation, pet care, beauty products, etc).

• Being a girl of habit, whenever I’m in Ottawa, I (obviously) drop into La Bottega for a sammie. But that was before I discovered DiRienzo’s. Soppressata, calabrese, extra-hot capicollo, and prosciutto on a whole-wheat cirioli. Hello? Have I died and gone to heaven??

• Looking for a new breakfast joint in Mtl? Quoi de n’Oeuf is delighting hungry bellies on Notre-Dame street. Anyone else have a hankering for eggs Benedict right about now? Oh, the asparagus!
